Zero Fee Policy

Mundo Laboral GT does not charge workers for recruitment, selection or job placement. Not before, during or after the process.

What we will NEVER charge you for

  • Signing up, registering or creating your profile.
  • Interviews, assessments or presenting your profile to an employer.
  • A “spot”, a “place” or a position on a list.
  • Guidance and follow-up from our team throughout your process.
  • Commissions or a percentage of your wages.

Costs paid by the worker

We want you to know every possible expense from the start, so nothing comes as a surprise:

  • Personal documents: passport, national ID (DPI), criminal and police records, and other official documents. These fees are charged by the issuing institutions.
  • Third-party paperwork: apostilles, certificate of no ties (arraigo), migration records and similar procedures. Mundo Laboral GT guides you and can connect you with document processors, but they (or the institution) charge for their service. You may also complete these procedures yourself.
  • Airfare: under our current programs, the worker pays for the flight. You may buy it wherever you prefer. If you wish, you can buy it through our sister travel agency, which is a separate company; in that case payment is made directly to the travel agency, not to Mundo Laboral GT.

Before each process begins, we will tell you in writing which costs apply to that job and when. In some countries (for example, Croatia) the ticket must not be bought until the work permit has been approved; always follow your coordinator’s instructions.

Commission transparency

Mundo Laboral GT may receive a commission from document processors or from our sister travel agency when you choose to use their services. You are not required to use them: you may complete your paperwork and buy your ticket wherever you prefer, and that choice does not affect your process.

No false guarantees

Completing your documents does not guarantee you will be hired. The hiring decision belongs to the employer, and work permits or visas are decided by each country’s immigration authorities. No one can “buy” or “secure” a job or a permit.

Protect yourself from fraud

  • If anyone asks you for money on behalf of Mundo Laboral GT to get you a job, speed up your process or secure your selection, do not pay and report it immediately.
  • Our team only contacts you through the channels published on this website.
  • We will never ask you to deposit money into a personal account.
